At Gifts by Marye, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

🛍️ Standard Items

If you're not completely satisfied with a non-custom item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• You must contact us at info@giftsbymarye.com before sending the item back.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

🎨 Custom Orders

Custom-made and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. We carefully confirm all custom details before beginning work to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If your custom order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
